Basement Fireplace

The basement fireplace is operated via a thermostat control on the wall. To turn on the fireplace, adjust the switch on the thermostat from "OFF" to "HEAT", then set the temperature for the room and the fireplace will automatically adjust for that temperature. Please ensure the thermostat is returned to the "OFF" position before leaving the home.

Gas fireplaces are unavailable in the summer, between April 31st - October 1st.
