| The Chestnut Chalet has 1 loft bedroom, 1 1/2 baths and a foldout, queen-size sleeper- sofa downstairs. The kitchen has a microwave oven, standard oven, stove, and full-size refrigerator. It is air-conditioned. Rocking chairs await you on the elevated porch to help you enjoy the beautiful river and watch the kayakers and rafters drift by. Fifty feet from the porch is riverfront access to whitewater boating, flyfishing,and swimming. Out the back door is a trail and 15 minute walk to the wonderful town of Dillsboro. The Chestnut Chalet is available year-round. Rental fee is $95.00 per night with a 2 night stay minimum. There is a one-time $20.00 cleaning fee. No smoking please.
